Aspiration channel MVSU

Overview

The aspiration channel MVSU runs with fresh air and is used in grain cleaning applications for separating lighter particles from granular products. It can be used as a stand-alone machine or be flexibly combined with the Vitaris cleaning platform, including the Vitaris separator MTRD or the Vitaris separator MTRD together with the air-recycling aspirator MVST. The machine features a food-safe design with FDA-approved materials and a residual emptying function of the feeding unit, and it has an optimized air channel and closed machine design that reduce dead angles. Separation performance is provided by a fine-tunable air valve and a sealed, moveable partition wall with multiple adjustment options for high-precision removal of light particles and impurities. The MVSU is used in grain cleaning to separate lighter particles and remove light impurities from granular products. It can operate as a stand-alone aspirator or be integrated into the Vitaris cleaning system alongside the Vitaris separator MTRD and optionally the air-recycling aspirator MVST. Its food-safe design, FDA-approved materials, residual emptying option for the feeding unit, and optimized air channel support hygienic production.
