Overview

Model Trance Burrs. The oil tank is made of electro-welded sheet metal and houses the main cylinder and the hydraulic block. The pump and the electric motor are installed externally to the tank to facilitate maintenance. The cylinder crosspiece, the moving plane and the fixed plane are constructed from steel plate with reinforcements applied by electro-welding and subsequently machined mechanically. The shear base is built in electro-welded sheet and the machine columns are in chromed steel. The hydraulic system is totally designed and supplied by Parker according to our specifications, and the main cylinder is built to design with internal sliding smoothed. A plate mounted on a moving surface is made of steel and mechanically worked, with the possibility of also exercising prematurezzo function. The electrical panel is made with Siemens components and the PLC is Siemens S7-300. Operator panel options include Siemens KP400 in color, Siemens TP700 Touch screen in color, or Proface 10” Touch screen in color with free programming of the functions of the shearing. The unloading device can be positioned on all sides by trimming and is removable by trolley, allowing automatic removal of pieces according to the shearing cycle. All mechanical movements of the unloader take place through guides and ball-bearing trolleys with hydraulic controls, and height positioning can optionally be managed as an accompanying movement for unloading. Hydraulic connections are facilitated by quick couplings and the device includes an electrical system on board with an electrical socket positioned for interfacing with the shearing machine. The device includes a 25Lt air storage tank with connections that allow the blow molding to be cleaned during the inlet and outlet of the machine. The unloading device enables automatic removal of pieces according to the shearing cycle and can be positioned on all sides or removed by trolley to support unloading operations. Height positioning of the unloader can optionally be managed as an accompanying movement to assist unloading. The 25Lt air storage tank with connections is provided to allow the blow molding to be cleaned during the inlet and outlet of the machine, and the on-board electrical socket is positioned for interfacing with the shearing machine.
