Overview

Desiccant point-of-use air dryer rated for 30 CFM air flow that reduces water vapor to a -40\u0002F Dew Point and removes particles down to 0,01 microns. Connections are Air Inlet 1/2\u0002 NPT (female) and Air Outlet 1/4\u0002 NPT (male). Maximum ratings: Max. Operating Pressure 175 PSI (12 Bar) and Max. Temperature 150\u0002F (65,6\u0002C). Service and monitoring features include an integrated Manual Drain and a visual Moisture Indicator (Green- OK, Yellow- Replace Desiccant) to signal desiccant replacement. Designed for inline point-of-use compressed-air drying in industrial settings where low dew point and fine particle removal are required, such as spray finishing/coating operations, pneumatic instrumentation, small assembly lines, and laboratory production equipment. Install directly in the compressed-air line using the specified NPT fittings; maintain operating conditions at or below 175 PSI and 150\u0002F (65,6\u0002C). Replace desiccant when the Moisture Indicator displays Yellow and use the included Manual Drain to remove condensate during routine maintenance.
