Tunnel type full sealing nitrogen filled wave soldering machine, PERFECTFLOW series: Model: PERFECTFLOW 350 / PERFECTFLOW 450 / PERFECTFLOW 610. The machine is a tunnel type full-sealing, nitrogen-filled wave soldering system with a segmented floating conveyor structure designed to prevent guide rail deformation and provide smoother conveying and configurable bottom-side board space. Preheating uses a drawer-type module energy-saving design combining infrared and hot air convection heating with PID temperature control and infrared heat compensation between preheating zones and the soldering unit. The solder pot is externally heated, has an inner liner of cast iron treated for anti-corrosion, is sealed with a special elastic material, and the electric-mode solder pot can be lifted and moved up and down. The nitrogen-filled system uses a sealing solution for the welding zone, supports flexible welding process angle, and is equipped with an oxygen separator for monitoring remaining oxygen. Control is by PC+PLC running Windows 10 with Chinese/English interface, process profile/data automatic storage, flux liquid over/under level alarm, and low tin level alarm.
