Overview

Cathode/Anode tab laser welding machine equipped with a 2KW single-mode laser welder. Features include lid non-stop loading with a loading interval of ≥30 minutes; automatic replacement of laser welding mask; auto lid loading/unloading by AGV; and non-stop tape roll change. Process and quality controls comprise a gas protection function with adjustable flow rate, welding mark inspection using a deep learning system to reduce over-kill and miss-kill, weld mark 3D+2D inspection, and an optional configuration for tab position finding before welding; A2A. Designed for laser welding of cathode and anode tabs. Supports automated, continuous operations through lid non-stop loading (loading interval of ≥30 minutes), AGV auto lid loading/unloading, automatic mask replacement, and non-stop tape roll change, while providing gas protection with adjustable flow and in-line weld mark inspection (deep learning and 3D+2D).
