Overview
DMK5-I is a fully automatic dynamic balancing machine. It provides imbalance correction by a drilling head in both planes and includes pick-and-place parts handling with two controlled axes (horizontal and vertical) and a double gripper. The operator interface is PC-based and the machine features automatic setup, simple operation, high reliability, simple maintenance, a diagnosis program and a preventive maintenance program. Technical data: Maximum rotor weight (can be increased by special equipment): 4 kg; Cycle time (with 2 balancing drillings per plane): 25 s; Max. sensitivity: 0.1 gmm/kg; Productivity: 140 parts/hour; Rotor diameter: 40-120 mm; Sheet pack height: 30-130 mm; Balancing method (drilling): Axial / inclined. Available options include a conveyor for rejected parts, an industrial extraction device for milling chips, SPC software, a printer and remote service. Type of automation: Automatic. The DMK5-I is suitable to balance rotors of alternators for vehicles and rotors for asynchronous electric motors. It performs imbalance correction by drilling (axial or inclined) and can be integrated into any production line; the operator requires no special training.
