Overview

QIROX QR-CS-4-O-5kN Premium is a "Ready to weld" system for welding components weighing up to 5 kN with a robot in an overhead position. The QR-CS-4 compact system is described as ideal for small to medium-sized components weighing up to 10 kN per station and features a double station turning table where the station change is performed by a horizontal rotary movement. The workpiece positioner provides a vertical rotary movement and a flexible counter bearing, and clamping tools for holding the components can be mounted between the face plates of the positioner. The system is equipped with a QRC-350-E robot in an overhead position and is specified for components that can be welded using rotary motion of the workpiece. The QR-CS-4-O-5kN Premium is intended for welding components weighing up to 5 kN with a robot in an overhead position.
