Overview

The SMH series double door drying and sterilization oven is designed for sterilizing penicillin bottles, ampoules, aluminum caps, metal and glassware, removing heat sources, and drying and sterilizing solid materials. The control system is described as sensitive and is equipped with a programmable controller PLC human-machine interface touch screen, a micro differential pressure meter, an automatic moisture removal valve, and a flammable gas concentration test proposal for special environments; a batch of key parts are all made in Japan, the United States and Taiwan, China. The complete hundred level laminar flow purification system meets the requirements of GMP standards. Working principle: place the drying tray, bottle, or cart filled with materials into the box and start the PLC; the internal circulation fan and butterfly valve operate, the drying box heats up, and dry hot air enters through a high-temperature resistant filter and is distributed by a fine adjustment plate. The dry air absorbs surface moisture, the moisture is carried to the heating channel for evaporation and discharge, fresh filtered air is intermittently replenished so the box remains in a slightly positive pressure during constant-temperature operation, and upon completion the automatic butterfly valve closes while air supply or inlet forced cooling is used to finish the cycle and a sound-and-light prompt opens the door to release the load. The oven is available in selectable configurations and sizes and can be customized according to the user's equipment usage, site, and production capacity.
